Important Security Disclaimer

Cloudtuner is designed to enhance cloud visibility, operational efficiency and security posture through AI-assisted analytics and professional expertise. While we follow recognised industry standards and best practices, no software platform, monitoring solution or managed security service can guarantee complete protection against every cyber threat or security incident.

Accordingly:

  • Cloudtuner does not guarantee that customer environments will be free from cyberattacks, malware, ransomware, unauthorised access, data breaches, insider threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, service interruptions or other security incidents.
  • AI-generated insights, alerts and recommendations are probabilistic and may produce false positives, false negatives or incomplete results.
  • Customers remain responsible for their own cloud configurations, access controls, security policies, backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, patch management and regulatory compliance unless these responsibilities are expressly assumed by the Company under a written managed services agreement.
  • Cloudtuner's services are intended to supplement, and not replace, an organisation's overall security governance and operational controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special damages arising from cyber incidents, data loss, service outages, business interruption, regulatory penalties or other losses resulting from attacks, vulnerabilities or customer configuration decisions, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Grant only necessary permissions
  • Review AI recommendations before implementation where applicable

  • Apply security updates
  • Comply with applicable laws
